Shanghai Printing Group Co.,Ltd (SPGC), established in 1995, is invested by Wenhui-Xinmin United Press Group and Shanghai JinWen Investment Co., Ltd. with 179.2 million CNY registered capital and have 1,591 workers. SPGC has three brands which are 'ZhongHua' 'Commercial' and 'XinHua'.
In 2008, SPCC made Zhonghua Printing Corp. a new image on the basis of construction of a modern printing center in Qingpu by asset integration. ZhongHua Printing Co., Ltd registered capital at 0.35 billion CNY and factory premises area at 95,000 square meters and has the biggest monomer workshop in Shanghai. ZhongHua boasts first class printing equipment which is 3 set of eight-color commercial rotary offset press, 20 set of four-color sheet-fed offset press, Kolbus paperbound production system, Martin hardcover paperbound production system and CTP system. Productivity is up to 5 million half-set ream and annual sales reaches 0.4 billion CNY.
SPCC makes an asset integration with the brand of 'commercial' and builds Shanghai Business Culture Park, forming an urban printing center of SPCC by integrating resources of digital printing, limited printing, bill printing, card printing and small batch short-run printing.
The brand of 'Xinhua' will be dedicated to print national classified media after reorganization of the Fourth Printing Factory of SPCC.
